The lobster sashimi was sweet, crisp, and beautifully served. The remaining lobster parts were perfectly stir-fried with noodles, giving rich flavor and wok aroma — a perfect follow-up dish. The clams were also plump and full of natural sweetness. Service is prompt and friendly, with a true sense of hospitality. A must-visit in Phuket for those who appreciate fresh, high-quality Cantonese seafood."

"Quite a well known Chinese restaurant for the locals. I must say this place is already one of the best I've ever tried. As the name of this place suggested, the cooking style is heavily influenced by Hong Kong chef. All the dishes we ordered were perfectly cooked. The prawns were so big and fresh especially the steamed grouper fish was amazing! If you crave for Chinese food simply come to this place and you won't be disappointed. Most importantly it is considered cheap for the quality of the foods you get. Thumbs up."

"Small Chinese restaurant with plenty of live seafood on offer apart from quite extensive menu of other foods. Since fresh seafood was pretty expensive, we went for typical other dishes, as on attached images, from recommended menu. Food was fresh and tasty, definitely made from quality ingredients. We were very satisfied in terms of food, service and ambience. There is a plenty of very good choices for food around Phuket town, this place definitely is one of them."

"The best Hong Kong style seafood restaurant in Phuket, and maybe the entire Thailand?! Must try the Tiger Prawn sashimi, steamed live fish, and squid meatball. I must add, the shop name is misleading. We walked past the restaurant so many times. We even stood right outside the restaurant looking at our google map without realising that this is the shop we were looking for. The signboard says "老地方”, with a faded "Hong Kong" written on the wall beside the door."
